Pizza: English



 Pizza 
Making pizza is easy, but one must look for some variables, we will give a recipe to make 3 or 4 pizzas, because it will depend on the size of your molds and the height you like to have pizza.


Basic pizza


Basic pizza dough
1 kg of flour 0000
50 gr. yeast
1 oil well
Salt to taste
Water quantity required


1. Place flour in a bowl reserving a cup to use to assemble the rolls.


2. In a bowl place warm water and dissolve yeast.


3. Add to bowl with flour 1 teaspoon salt and mix.


4. Add water with yeast and start kneading with your hand until blended all the flour, add water if needed to warm up to integrate all dashes.


5. Add oil and mix well, you will notice that the dough does not stick a hand. It is not necessary to knead much. The dough should be soft and not too soft, leave the bowl to weigh in 15 minutes in a warm place.
